Review of Specifications & Drawings; Functionality Testing & Inspection and O & M technical Input.
MEP Systems Compliance: Ensuring that works are compliant with legislative building requirements and comply with agreed specifications, design & budget.
Building Validation Inspection Reports: Raising any issues and undertaking snagging and re-inspections with any new documentation as required to ensure all works meet the specified requirements.
Inspection & Reporting on M&E projects and building contracts within London & surrounding areas, including new University projects, new build housing developments, Schools and new build office developments.
